Your friend must have successfully subscribed to one of the premium Membership tiers (Explorer, Voyager, or Elite) in order to receive your campaign reward.
If your friend has successfully subscribed to any of the premium Membership tiers but you have not received your reward, you can do the following:
- Ensure your default Rewards program information is correct
- Your friend must have used your referral code when subscribing for a premium Membership. If your friend did not complete this step, we are unable to credit you with your referral bonus miles.
