Terms and Conditions

1. utu Membership ‘Refer & Earn’ (“Refer & Earn”) is a promotion available to all utu Tax Free members from 20 June 2022.
   
   
2. To qualify for Refer & Earn and receive the bonus 500 bonus rewards for each successful referral, you must meet the following criteria:
   
   - You must have an active utu Membership in the following tiers Explorer, Voyager, Elite
3. Only after a referred person successfully subscribes to one of the subscribed utu Membership tiers will 500 bonus rewards be credited to your preferred Rewards Program.
   
   
4. The participating Rewards Program partners are as follows:
   
   - Accor Live Limitless
   - Emirates Skywards
   - Ethiopian ShebaMiles
   - Etihad Guest
   - EVA Air Infinity MileageLands
   - KLM/Air France Flying Blue
   - Qatar Airways Privilege Club 
   - Singapore KrisFlyer
   - Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus
   - Vietnam LotusMiles
    
5. It would be the sole responsibility of the customer to provide the correct Rewards Program membership account number for the receiving these benefits.
   
   
6. 500 bonus rewards will be credited to the utu member’s Rewards Program account within 10 working days from the date of successful submission of the request.
   
   
7. Once converted, the expiry and value of the bonus rewards will be subject to Rewards Program Rules.
   
   
8. utu members will be notified via the utu Tax Free App once bonus rewards has been successfully credited to selected Rewards Program.
